Have you had someone sit in your Jeep and push the clutch while you get under it so that you can possibly isolate where the noise is coming from? I'd do that if you haven't already. The bracket on the front end of the passenger front leaf spring is bent enough so it allows the spring to move back and forth slightly within the bracket as to make the noise when I turn a corner or hit a bump that flexes the spring sideways.
